Emerald snake pin.

An early Victorian tie pin in the form of a coiled snake.

Set with bright emeralds of various cuts throughout the body which surrounds a pearl ( 6mm)  and old cut diamonds in the eyes. 

Made of high carat yellow gold.

Circa 1850.
