Circa 1850 , rectangular box with interior tray with compartments and lids. A drawer on the front with hinged compartment.
Beautifuly decorated on every side with typical scenes from the period including scenes of nature, pagodas and figures.
Inside we have many of the original ivory sewing tools, including finely carved pots, bobbins, a clamp with pin cushion, a pair of needle cases and much more.
Also fitted with internal reels for winding threads.
Sitting on metal feet depicting Foo Dogs , metal handles on either side.
